With its sculptural contours and tripod-like, 3-legged stance, ML42 handsomely adapts as bar and counter seating. Drawing on shoemakers’ stools of old, designer Mogens Lassen created a modern take for the 1942 furniture exhibit at the Danish Museum of Decorative Art. Still made in Denmark to this day, the stool reflects a heritage of fine quality and unstinting craftsmanship.
