BK10 by Danish architect Bodil Kjær debuted in 1959 as part of her groundbreaking indoor-outdoor series for Denmark brand Carl Hansen & Søn. Characterized by its Cubist-inspired side profile, the chair’s comfortably inclined slatted seat and back are framed with armrests, legs and runners that are mortised together to form the 2 squares. Expertly crafted in solid teak, the seating is handsome enough to be used inside and durable enough to live outdoors where the wood will develop a fine patina over time. Weatherproof Sunbrella fabric cushion sold separately.
