The HIDA Seoto Semi Armchair (upholstered seat) features a gently curved backrest that flows into the rear legs, creating a smooth and balanced profile. It is crafted from solid oak, walnut, or beech and finished with a durable polyurethane-resin coating. Designed by Motomi Kawakami as part of the Seoto series, its name—meaning ‘creek’s sound’ in Japanese—reflects the fluid lines and Hida Takayama’s long woodworking tradition.
