By any other name, 1 Seater would also be called a lounge chair—and in the case of Elephant, quite an inviting one at that. Beneath the plump proportions, designer Christian Haas' comfy seating starts with firm but pliant cushioning consisting of a durable pocket-spring core topped with premium foam. Another innovation is the upholstery fabric, a high-performance material made from recycled synthetics with a pleasingly wooly texture. Natural woodgrain frame crafted of sustainably grown solid chestnut.
