In a version personalized with an upholstered seat, Samuli Naamanka’s October Light is a skillfully designed, extremely lightweight wooden chair with meticulous joinery that follows the traditions of Nordic cabinetmaking. This supple curved of the backrest highlights the ash woodgrain in either a clear lacquer or black stain finish, adding a natural appeal to the seating’s functional character.
