In a series of 3 sizes each with its own distinctive shape, Phantom starts with a steel skeleton, around which elastic resin is sprayed in closely-spaced threads, much like a silkworm forms its cocoon. Simon Legald’s voluminous pendant is tightly wrapped in the special semi-transparent material, yielding a dramatic silhouette inspired by an iconic chandelier of the past. Veiled in ivory as an echo of the original shape, Normann Copenhagen’s fixture emits an indirect, diffuse light that creates warm and atmospheric illumination.
