Danish designer Chris Liljenberg Halstrøm’s smart steel bench was originally designed for museum-goers to have a seat and allow the impressions to sink in. Named after the Danish word for wait, Vent has a seat in paper cord, a long-lasting natural material, hand-woven in a time-consuming process to ensure the best results and durability. Skagerak’s bench seat is made in Denmark in collaboration with ‘Blindes Arbejde’, a sheltered workshop for people who are blind or partially sighted.
