Solid Stool

With every joint cut by hand and fashioned without using any nails or screws, Solid Stool is a remarkable exemplar of the art of woodcraft. Reflecting the passion of Belgian designer and second-generation cabinetmaker Laura Greindl, the construction also employs chisels and a Japanese Dozuki handsaw to achieve the precision wood joinery required. Made of solid walnut, the enduringly refined seating accompanies a companion collection dining table and bench from Valerie Objects (also at A+R).
