Description

Børge Mogensen’s iconic Midcentury series of tables, inspired by the functional, utilitarian approach of the Shaker movement culminates in this longest rectangular version. Allowing the texture and character of the material, in this case, a premium selection of solid oak, to be the focal point, his 6386 reflects his ambition to create beautiful, distinctive furniture by emphasizing simple horizontal and vertical lines and surfaces. Giving off a sense of tranquility via its restrained aesthetic and unstinting craftsmanship, this is a dining table to last the ages, available in an extensive range of fine wood finishes.
